Welcome to “Die Alpe” in the Alpspitzstr. 3 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
It’s a long story (and we are willing to share), but here we will keep it short and say this, the old bavarian farmhouse or bauernhaus we now offer you, our guests, has been transformed into a comfortable, welcoming, alpen chalet.
The old creaking wooden floors have been replaced, but can be found in the decor as an old bench or couch table. All electrical and plumbing have been renewed, the apartments are insulated with wood fiber insulation, the roof was replaced and rebuilt by local craftsman. The apartments were completed in January 2020.
